INDIA SCENTING BUYER GUIDE
Best HVAC Scenting Companies in India
Choose an HVAC scenting company that reviews air-handler layout, duct zoning and operating schedules before proposing equipment. Central AC alone does not prove compatibility.

HVAC Scenting System
₹12,000
1,000 ml reservoir · Listed coverage: Up to 5,000 sq ft*
A starting point for a suitable zone. Confirm approved oil, layout, GST, delivery and service scope before ordering.
Share the HVAC information
Provide air-handler locations, duct drawings, supplied zones and operating hours. Include building-management restrictions and areas that must stay unscented. A floor-area figure cannot replace this information.
Confirm distribution boundaries
Ask where fragrance enters the system, which spaces receive that air and whether return air crosses into other zones. Discuss separate air handlers individually. Avoid proposals that assume every ducted space should be scented.
Coordinate the installation
Agree who approves the connection, performs installation and checks the system afterward. Confirm access for refills and maintenance. Do not connect equipment before the supplied instructions and building permissions are reviewed.
Assess the supplier’s HVAC scope
Aerocide’s official website describes HVAC diffusion. Compare any supplier’s specific technical proposal and support scope rather than relying on category claims. HUME lists an HVAC format at ₹12,000; installation and compatibility must be confirmed separately.
Before you accept a quote
- Identify the proposed zones and areas to leave unscented.
- Check exact equipment specifications and approved fragrance.
- Request consumption assumptions and itemised ongoing costs.
- Confirm installation responsibilities and written support terms.
Buyer questions
Will an HVAC diffuser work with split AC?
Do not assume so. A duct-connected format requires review of the actual air-distribution system.
Does 5,000 sq ft guarantee whole-building coverage?
No. It is an indicative listed figure, not a guarantee of multi-zone distribution.
Is installation included in the HUME HVAC price?
Installation availability, responsibility and charges require a written quote.
